Content Policy

1. ADULTS ONLY, NO EXCEPTIONS
Vuonce is an 18+ platform. Everyone who visits, buys or publishes on Vuonce must be 18 or older. Every person depicted in content published on Vuonce must be a verified adult (18 years or older) who has given informed consent to the content being recorded, published, and sold. Creators must be able to produce proof of age for themselves and everyone appearing in their content on request.
2. ZERO TOLERANCE: CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE MATERIAL
Vuonce has an absolute, zero-tolerance policy against any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors, including content that appears to depict a minor regardless of the actual age of the person shown (e.g. through styling, wording, or context implying a minor). Any such content, or any account found to be seeking or sharing such content, will be removed and the account permanently banned immediately upon detection, with no opportunity for appeal. Vuonce will report such material and the associated account to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (Kenya), and/or other relevant law enforcement authorities, as required or appropriate.
3. NON-CONSENSUAL CONTENT IS PROHIBITED
You may not upload: content filmed or shared without the informed consent of everyone depicted; content depicting non-consensual sexual acts, real or simulated; "revenge" content shared to harass or humiliate a former partner; hidden-camera or voyeuristic content of people who did not consent to being filmed; or deepfake/synthetic content depicting a real, identifiable person without their consent.
4. OTHER PROHIBITED CONTENT
In addition to the above, the following are prohibited on Vuonce: content depicting bestiality; content depicting acts causing serious bodily harm without genuine, informed, adult consent clearly documented; content promoting or facilitating trafficking, prostitution solicitation, or other illegal exploitation; content that violates a third party's intellectual property rights; and content that is otherwise illegal under Kenyan law or the law of the jurisdiction in which it was produced.
5. AGE AND IDENTITY VERIFICATION
Creators must complete Vuonce's identity verification (KYC) process before publishing paid content. Viewers may be required to confirm they are 18 or older (age-gate) before accessing certain content. Attempting to circumvent age verification is a violation of this policy.
6. COPYRIGHT / DMCA
Vuonce respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on Vuonce infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent (via the support address in your account settings) including: identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the infringing content (a direct link); your contact information; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf; and your physical or electronic signature. Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the identified content and notify the uploader, who may submit a counter-notice if they believe the removal was in error. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.
7. NO PRE-SCREENING; CREATORS ARE RESPONSIBLE
Vuonce does not review, screen or approve content before it is published, and has no obligation to do so. Creators publish directly and are solely responsible for making sure their content follows this policy and the law. Before uploading, every creator must accept the Creator Content Agreement, confirming they are 18 or older, that the content is theirs or they hold the rights to sell it, that everyone shown was 18 or older and consented, and that they alone are responsible for it. Vuonce is not responsible for content uploaded by creators.
8. REPORTING CONTENT
Any user can report a Drop directly from the viewing page. Vuonce looks at reports and may remove content found to break this policy. Acting on a report, or choosing not to, does not mean Vuonce has approved any content.
9. ENFORCEMENT
Violations of this Content Policy may result in content removal, payout withholding or clawback for the affected content, account suspension, or permanent termination, depending on severity. Violations involving minors are always treated as immediate, permanent, zero-tolerance terminations and are reported to the relevant authorities.
