Creator Agreement
Last updated 14 October 2026
1. WHO CAN BE A CREATOR
You must be at least 18 years old and complete Vuonce's identity and age verification (KYC) before you can publish paid content or receive payouts. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
2. CREATOR CONTENT AGREEMENT (CONSENT AT SIGN-UP)
Before you can upload anything, you must tick and accept each of the following statements. Vuonce records when you accepted, the version you accepted and a hashed record of the connection you used: (a) I am 18 or older. Everyone who appears in anything I upload was 18 or older when it was recorded, and agreed to being recorded and to the content being sold on Vuonce. (b) Everything I upload is my own original content, or I hold every right, licence and permission needed to publish and sell it. (c) I alone am legally responsible for what I upload. Vuonce does not review or screen content before it goes live and is not liable for anything I upload. I will cover Vuonce for any claim, loss or cost caused by my content. (d) I have read and agree to this Creator Agreement, the Terms of Service and the Content Policy. If these statements change materially, you will be asked to accept the new version before you can upload again.
3. YOUR CONTENT AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
You keep ownership of the content you upload. By publishing a Drop, you grant Vuonce a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, encode, stream and deliver that content to buyers for as long as it is published, solely to operate the platform. You are the publisher of your content, and you alone are responsible for it. You represent and warrant, every time you upload, that: you own the content or hold all rights, licences and releases needed to publish and sell it; you hold written consent and proof of age (a valid government ID) for every person who appears in it, and will produce these to Vuonce or the authorities on request; the content does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, image or other rights; and the content complies with the law and with Vuonce's Content Policy.
4. NO PRE-SCREENING BY VUONCE
Vuonce does not review, screen, edit or approve your content before it is published, and has no obligation to do so. Vuonce acts only as a hosting and payment-facilitation service. Any review or removal by Vuonce (for example after a report) is at Vuonce's discretion, does not mean Vuonce has approved any content, and does not move responsibility for your content to Vuonce.
5. REVENUE SHARE AND FEES
Vuonce takes a platform commission on each sale, shown to you before you publish and in the price calculator on your dashboard. The rate may vary by access-duration tier and may change from time to time; you will see the current rate before publishing any Drop. Creators are credited in whole shillings, and any fraction of a shilling goes to Vuonce. Rewatch revenue, where applicable, is split as shown in your dashboard. Sales Vuonce brings you by email are split 50/50 between you and Vuonce. This covers (a) a buyer whose payment failed and who, after Vuonce emails them, completes a purchase from you within 14 days, and (b) a fan who buys a Drop within 7 days of Vuonce emailing them about that Drop. This applies to transactions made from 14 October 2026; such sales are marked in your dashboard and in your sale notification.
6. PAYOUTS
Payouts are made to the mobile-money or bank details you provide, subject to a minimum withdrawal and any gateway fees, which are deducted from your balance. You are responsible for keeping your payout details correct; Vuonce is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect account you provided.
7. TAXES
You are solely responsible for working out and paying any taxes owed on your Vuonce earnings. Vuonce may report creator earnings to tax authorities where the law requires.
8. COLLABORATIONS
If you collaborate with other creators on a Drop, the revenue split set at setup is binding for that Drop and cannot be changed by one collaborator after publication. Each collaborator must accept the Creator Content Agreement and is independently responsible for their right to appear in, and profit from, the shared content.
9. CONTENT REMOVAL AND ACCOUNT ACTION
Vuonce may remove a Drop, withhold or claw back earnings tied to it, and suspend or terminate your account if the content breaks the Content Policy, these terms or the law, including after publication. Content involving minors or non-consensual content leads to immediate termination and a report to law enforcement.
10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Vuonce and its owners, officers, employees and partners from any claim, demand, loss, liability, fine, penalty, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: content you upload or publish; any claim by a person who appears in your content or who owns rights in it; your breach of this Agreement, the Terms of Service, the Content Policy or any law. Vuonce may deduct amounts owed under this section from your balance.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent the law allows, Vuonce is not liable to you for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost earnings caused by outages, payment-provider failures or content removal. Vuonce's total liability to you is limited to the earnings Vuonce owes you that have not yet been paid out.
12. RELATIONSHIP
You are an independent creator, not an employee, agent or partner of Vuonce. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, partnership or joint-venture relationship.
13. TERMINATION
You may stop publishing and close your creator account at any time; earned amounts eligible for payout will still be paid out under Section 6, less any amounts owed under Sections 9 and 10. Vuonce may suspend or terminate creator access for breaches of this Agreement, the Content Policy or the law. This Creator Agreement supplements, and should be read together with, Vuonce's Terms of Service and Content Policy.
