Terms of Service
Last updated 12 October 2026
1. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Vuonce (vuonce.com), a pay-per-view, watch-once video platform operated from Kenya. By creating an account, purchasing access to a Drop, or otherwise using Vuonce, you agree to be bound by these Terms, the Content Policy, the Privacy Policy and, if you publish content, the Creator Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. ADULTS ONLY (18+)
Vuonce is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to visit, create an account, publish content, or buy access to any Drop. By using Vuonce you confirm that you meet this requirement and that viewing adult content is lawful where you are. If you are under 18, leave now. Vuonce may ask for proof of age at any time and will close any account it believes belongs to a minor.
3. WHAT VUONCE IS
Vuonce lets independent creators publish "Drops", single pieces of video content sold on a pay-per-view basis. Each purchase grants the buyer a time-limited, single viewing session ("burn-after-watch"): once the viewing window or allowed views are used up, access to that purchase ends. Vuonce is a hosting and payment-facilitation platform. Vuonce does not create, produce, commission, endorse or own the content creators publish, and is not a party to the content itself.
4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT AND NO PRE-SCREENING
All content on Vuonce is uploaded by creators, not by Vuonce. Vuonce does not review, screen, monitor or approve content before it is published, and has no obligation to do so. Each creator is solely responsible for the content they upload, including its legality, accuracy, ownership and the consent of everyone shown in it. Vuonce does not guarantee that any content is lawful, accurate, safe or of any particular quality, and any opinions, statements or material in content belong to the creator alone. You may come across content you find offensive or objectionable; you view it at your own risk. Vuonce may, but is not required to, review, restrict or remove content at any time, for example after a report, and doing so does not make Vuonce responsible for that or any other content.
5. ACCOUNTS
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Creators must accept the Creator Content Agreement and complete any identity or age verification Vuonce requires before publishing content or receiving payouts.
6. PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS
Prices for Drops are set by creators and shown before purchase. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers (including M-Pesa and other mobile-money or card gateways). Vuonce does not store your full payment card details. Because each purchase grants access to content that is consumed immediately on viewing, all sales are final once the content has been accessed. If content fails to load or play because of a verified technical fault on Vuonce's side, contact support before your viewing window expires; refunds or credits for verified technical failures are handled at Vuonce's discretion. Change of mind, or dissatisfaction with content that played correctly, is not grounds for a refund.
7. CREATOR OBLIGATIONS
Creators keep ownership of their content and grant Vuonce a limited licence to host, encode, stream and deliver it to paying buyers. Before uploading, every creator must confirm that they are 18 or older; that the content is their own or that they hold every right and permission needed to sell it; that everyone shown in it was 18 or older and consented to being recorded and to the content being sold on Vuonce; and that they alone are responsible for it. Full creator obligations are set out in the Creator Agreement.
8. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You may not: upload or share content involving anyone under 18; upload content showing non-consensual acts or people who did not consent to being recorded or published; upload content you do not have the rights to; harass, defraud or impersonate others; get around Vuonce's payment, security or access controls; record, scrape, resell or redistribute purchased content; or use Vuonce for anything unlawful. See the Content Policy for the full list.
9. REPORTING, REMOVAL AND ENFORCEMENT
Anyone can report content from its viewing page. Vuonce may remove content, withhold related earnings, and suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms or the Content Policy, with or without notice. Vuonce cooperates with law enforcement and will report unlawful content, especially content involving the exploitation of minors, to the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (Kenya), the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other relevant authorities.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Vuonce name, logo and platform software belong to Vuonce and may not be used without permission. Creators keep their own rights in the content they upload, subject to the licence in Section 7. Copyright complaints are handled as set out in the Content Policy.
11. DISCLAIMERS
Vuonce is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted, error-free service. Vuonce makes no warranty about, and accepts no responsibility for, any content uploaded by creators or the conduct of any user, on or off the platform.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent the law allows, Vuonce and its owners, officers, employees and partners are not liable for: any content uploaded, published or viewed on Vuonce; any act or omission of a creator, buyer or other user; or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits, data or goodwill, however caused. Vuonce's total liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the amount you paid Vuonce in the twelve (12) months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Kenyan law.
13. INDEMNITY
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Vuonce and its owners, officers, employees and partners from any claim, demand, loss, liability, fine, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of Vuonce, content you upload or make available, your breach of these Terms or any law, or your violation of anyone else's rights.
14. TERMINATION
You may stop using Vuonce at any time. Vuonce may suspend or terminate your account for breaking these Terms, suspected fraud, or as required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnity) survive.
15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Vuonce may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date on this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use Vuonce after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms. Where a change materially affects creators, they will be asked to accept it again before uploading.
17. CONTACT
Questions about these Terms can be sent to the support address listed in your account settings.
